Terms of use
A preparation tool, not therapeutic support.
By using Unsent, you agree to use it as a conversation preparation tool. The service helps rephrase with more clarity and less pressure, but you remain responsible for what you send, say, or decide afterward.
Not professional advice
Unsent does not provide medical, psychological, sexological, therapeutic, legal, or professional relationship advice. Responses may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuited to your situation.
Not an emergency service
Do not use Unsent for an emergency, a threat, violence, significant pain, or intense distress. In those cases, contact local emergency services, a qualified professional, or a trusted person.
Prohibited uses
- Threatening, intimidating, humiliating, or pressuring someone.
- Obtaining sex, affection, or a response through guilt.
- Bypassing a refusal, body boundary, or request for space.
- Replacing professional advice when health or safety is involved.
Service limits
The MVP may be unavailable, rate-limit some requests, reject text that is too short or too long, or produce a safety response instead of a full rewrite. Endpoints may also be limited to protect AI and email-sending costs.
